Consultation: A consultation is important to understand your needs and preferences, and to design the perfect bespoke bridal gown for you.
Terms and Conditions for Bridal Dress Consultation
1. Appointment and Consultation Fees
1.1. A non-refundable consultation fee is required to book a bridal dress consultation. The fee amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
1.2. The consultation fee covers the time and expertise of our consultants, as well as the opportunity to try on dresses from our collection.
2. Deduction of Consultation Fees
2.1. If you decide to purchase a bridal dress from our collection during or following your consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of the dress.
2.2. This deduction applies only to purchases made directly through our boutique within 48 hours of the consultation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with the consultation experience.
3.2. Rescheduled appointments may require an additional fee if not notified within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
4. Dress Orders and Alterations
4.1. Once a dress is selected, additional terms regarding orders, alterations, and payment schedules will apply. These will be provided and must be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
4.2. Any changes or cancellations to dress orders after purchase are subject to our store’s cancellation and alteration policy.
5. Liability
5.1. We are committed to providing a personalized and professional consultation experience. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific dress styles or sizes during the consultation. 5.2. Any dissatisfaction with the dresses tried on during the consultation does not entitle the client to a refund of the consultation fee.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. For further inquiries, please contact us.
Deposit: If you miss your first consultation appointment, we will charge a deposit of £120 to rebook another appointment with our head designer. This deposit will be non-refundable if you miss the second appointment as well.
Payment: Once the design of your bespoke bridal gown has been finalized, we will require a 50% non refundable deposit of the total cost to proceed with the production. The remaining balance will be due at a scheduled date before completion of the gown. Please note that to protect the integrity of our designs we only issue sketches after the deposit is made. We work with our brides to finalize the perfect gown.
Alterations: Any alterations needed after the completion of the gown will be subject to additional charges. These charges will depend on the nature and extent of the alterations required.
Delivery: We will provide an estimated delivery date for your bespoke bridal gown, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control such as shipping or customs delays. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them as soon as possible.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order before the completion of the gown, the 50 % deposit will remain non-refundable. If you cancel during or after the completion of the gown, you will be responsible for the full cost of the gown.
Ownership: The bespoke bridal gown will become your property once the full payment has been received and the gown has been delivered to you.
